Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll be in touch to learn more about your vision, create a tailored proposal, and outline the next steps for florals, rentals, and planning services.
We start with a vision session to talk through your style, priorities, floral needs, and overall event goals. From there, you can explore our curated rentals, floral offerings, and planning packages to build a celebration that feels cohesive and intentional from start to finish.

To officially lock things in, we’ll send over your agreement and collect a 50% retainer. Your event date, rentals, floral services, and planning package will then be secured.
Your final payment is due 30 days before the big day. We’ll finalize floral counts, confirm vendors, manage logistics, organize setup details, and ensure every design element is ready to come to life seamlessly.
Together we’ll create mood boards, floral direction, layouts, timelines, and design details while also reviewing vendor contracts, recommending trusted partners, and managing communication. About 30–60 days out, we’ll walk through your venue and finalize every last detail.
On the day itself, our team handles everything: vendor check-ins, décor setup, timeline flow, guest comfort, and strike at the end of the night. You just show up, celebrate, and soak it all in.
