Planning and design are the backbone of a seamless event, ensuring no detail is overlooked and every moving piece fits together effortlessly. Our curated décor and specialty rentals bring that vision to life, telling your story through meaningful details that leave a lasting impression on your guests. Beyond aesthetics, our mission is to make the process simple, efficient, and budget-conscious, so you can focus on what truly matters: celebrating love surrounded by your people.
proposal and package
Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll be in touch, send a tailored proposal, and outline the next steps.
dream and design
We start with a vision session to talk through your style, priorities, and needs. From there, you can explore our curated rental inventory, build your wishlist, and decide which planning package (Full, Partial, or Month-Of) fits best.
Interested in rentals only, we've got you covered!
reserve your date and decor
To officially lock things in, we’ll send over your agreement and collect a 50% retainer. Your rentals, planning services, and event date are now secured.
final touches
Your final payment is due 30 days before the big day. We’ll confirm all vendors, manage the rehearsal, and coordinate logistics for rentals, setup, and styling.
plan and prepare
Together we’ll create mood boards, layouts, and timelines while also reviewing vendor contracts, recommending partners, and handling communication. About 30-60 days out, we’ll walk through your venue and finalize all details.
celebrate your big day!
On the day itself, our team handles everything: vendor check-ins, décor setup, timeline flow, guest comfort, and strike at the end of the night. You just show up, celebrate, and soak it all in.
